- Chart 1. Write down all of the mental tasks that you complete on a daily basis, both at work and at home. By prioritizing these from when you first get up until you go to bed, you can begin to alter or even eliminate the tasks that are draining your energy. We have provided an example of when you first wake up in the morning.
- Chart 2. Jot down the things that stress you out the most. It’s impossible to avoid stress altogether. But, if you can recognize the areas that tend to trigger tension, they become easier to manage.
